My App says that my system is off line
If you have a Commpact or Secuplace, you can perform a panel reboot in the first instance. To do this, press Tick, then code, then 714, then Tick.
If you have an Agility4 or WiComm Pro, you can perform a panel reboot in the first instance. To do this, press the [*/Menu] button, then code, then look in Activities, Advanced and select System Restart. Change the 'N' to a 'Y' and press [#/OK]
It's a good idea, if you are connected by your Router, to also reboot your router.
If this does not remedy it and for all other systems, please contact your Installer.

The Keypad Backlight is too bright. What can I do?
For LightSYS+, LightSYS2, ProSYS Plus and GT-Plus and Elegant/Panda/Narrow Style Keypads, press and hold [OK/Tick]. You will be presented with the menu of the Keypad its self. The top option to change is backlight brightness (during standby). Press [OK/Tick], then use arrows to change this to the desired brightness, then press [OK/Tick] to save it. Now, when the Keypad has not been touched for a duration, the backlight will change to the level you selected.

I want more than one system on my App. How do I do it?
You log into the App with an email address. This email address holds all SITEs that you can access.
If you are the OWNER of more than one SITE, just have the OWNER email be your email address.
If you would like to become a USER of another system that you are not the OWNER of, just have the OWNER of the other system login by web browser here > https://riscocloud.com and ADD you as a USER to their system using your email address and assign you a pin number for their system.
You will receive an 'Invitation' link to become a USER of this other SITE. Click the link to accept and now you have more SITEs to access (by tapping the top right icon) using your one login.

For all RISCO systems, simply hold down the [*/Menu] button and [9] on the Keypad.
Select desired 'displayed' language and press [#/OK/Tick]

I want to clean my Elegant Keypad. What's the best way to go about it?
Press and HOLD buttons [1] and [3] together for approx. 3 seconds.
This will present a nice Key icon in the LCD and lock the Keypad while you clean it.
When you're done, just hold down [1] and [3] again for approx. 3 seconds.

Whilst viewing the event log and observing a User Number, simply press the [#/OK/Tick] button to display the User Label (if programmed) of the offending action.

It means that there might be a fault.
Press the big button on the front of the panel or press and hold the [#/OK] button on the Keypad to find out.

I want to add another user to my Cloud connected system. What do I do?
Open a web browser and go to https://riscocloud.com
Login with the same details as your App, click Users and Add one and define a pin number for them. The added User will receive an email link to set themselves a password. Once done, they can login by App to the same system.

My door chime has stopped working on my Agility/Wicomm System.
It may just be that you pressed and held button 4 on the Keypad.
If you did, then pressing and holding 4 again will turn the chime back on.
Also, try holdng button 5 for the speaker volume.

On the Keypad, press the [menu] button, enter your code, press [Tick/OK]
Navigate to 'Activities', then 'Chime' and choose 'On' for both chime options.
Also choose 'On' for 'Buzzer'.
Note: This option is not telling you how it currently is, it is asking you what you want it to be.

My App has an unknown problem. What can I do to fix it?
When you install any App, if the App requires some 'Permissions', it will ask for it as you use it. If you choose (by accident) "Deny", then the App may not work for certain functions. Rather than trying to navigate around the devices menu, to find the relevant permission setting to enable, the simplest option is to remove the App and re-install the App and make sure you tap "Allow" to the permissions asked by it.

On my Agility, WiComm, WiComm Pro, why does my alarm activate immediately when I open my door from Part Set?
This usually is because you have HELD the PART set button instead of a brief press.
By doing this, you are making all of your Entry Zones into Instant Alarm zones.

I want to give another person; access to my SITE using the RISCO App. How can I do that?
For your SITE, you as the OWNER should login (by web browser) at https://riscocloud.com, click USERS and ADD NEW USER.
Here, you enter the email address of the person you wish to ADD. You also (on the same screen) select 'Security Access' and provide THEM a pin number for your SITE. They will receive an 'Invitation' email with a link to click.
Upon clicking this link, if they are new to RISCO, they can set a password for themselves. Once done, they too can use the RISCO App, to login to your SITE, using their password and the pin number that YOU created for them.

I have already subscribed to my one site but the App is asking me to subscribe. Why?
Usually, this is due to the Installer changing the owner email address whilst subscribed.
If this is you, have the Installer change the owner email address back to the original (Subscribed) email address.
If you wish to change your own email address, then simply visit (by web browser) riscocloud.com and login with the same details as your App. From here, you can click [Users] and edit yourself. That way, the subscription will be moved to your changed email address.

What is ‘CSL Connected’?
In basic terms, it’s a regular RISCO Cloud connection by a RISCO Communications module (either GSM (Using a CSL SIM) or IP Module). Then, the Installer Admin tells the panel (via their web portal access) to go send signals to a CSL ‘CLOUD ARC’. CSL (Gemini Server) then receives this and directs the signals straight to the relevant ARC.
